Para una colaboración en uno de nuestros clientes finales internacionales ubicado en Zaragoza estamos buscando el siguiente perfil:

ITSM ServiceNow Engineer

Se trata de una asignación de larga duración.

Contrato freelance o en plantilla.

Se llevará a cabo en modalidad de teletrabajo, por lo que no se requiere residencia en Zaragoza.

 

Profile:

Demonstrated 2+ years working experience of ITSM toolsets and administration, preferably ServiceNow:

o Working knowledge at least of the ServiceNow ITSM module.

o Certified ServiceNow career path.

o ITSM systems integration and/or implementation experience.

 

· Experience working in projects of large scale and global scope.

· Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.

· Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, REST, SOAP.

· Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, etc.

Fluent en English (written and spoken).

 

Responsabilities:

· Supporting operations of our ITSM toolsets, with a focus on ServiceNow.

· Ticket handling, issue analysis, bug fixing, development, testing, dispatching, collaborating with the rest of our development and admin team.

· Creation of specifications and story writing.

· Involvement in platform changes and release management.

· Improving current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training.

· Reviewing and testing development.

· Communicating relevant information to clients, technicians, team and management.

· Creating documentation and manuals.
