We are looking for an OT Security Lead (Contractor) to support the implementation and operation of OT security controls across industrial and shopfloor environments.

This is a remote contract position, open to candidates residing in Spain, with occasional on-site travel (2-3 times per year).

💰 Daily rate: €300–€350, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support OT security monitoring and detection (SIEM, IDS/IPS, OT tools such as Claroty).
• Support the rollout of central OT security services and site-level controls.
• Act as incident escalation and response lead for OT-related security events.
• Support BCM / DR reviews, testing, and remediation in OT environments.
• Work closely with SOC, IT, OT engineering teams, and vendors.
• Document incidents, findings, and remediation actions.
• Deliver OT security training and knowledge transfer.

Profile:

• Proven hands-on experience in OT / ICS security delivery.
• Strong background with industrial networks and OT security tools.
• Able to operate autonomously in a contract environment.
• Residence in Spain required.
